Baptists believe that the government of the local church is best done by church members meeting together in a spirit of prayer and friendship to discuss and agree on what God wants them to do. The day to day leadership of the church is entrusted to our Leadership Team appointed by the Church Meeting. They are jointly responsible for overseeing the spiritual direction of the church, worship and prayer, discipleship (both teaching and pastoral care), outreach and, in the role of Trustees, the administration of the church.

Our leadership team consists of our Minister, Rev. Ian Field, supported by our elders and deacons. It’s nice to be able to put faces to names, especially when thinking of coming to the church – so have a good look (we’re ordinary folk) and we’d love to get to know you when you visit. |
